LAF is a free non-profit organization located in the Charleston area that has numerous supports and programs for families with children on the spectrum.
WAF is a free non-profit organization located in the Charleston area that has numerous supports and programs for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Not only do they have a list of LGBTQIA+ competent providers on their website, but they also offer other free programming as well including a free mental health counseling program.
Family Resource Center is a free non-profit agency that works with families to support them with things like parent training, IEP/504 Assistance, and parent support.
PCIT is another form of behavioral parent training that is more intensive than the level of care than what I provide as an outpatient level agency. PCIT is an evidence-based, short-term treatment designed to help young children with highly disruptive behavior learn to control their frustration.
